My name is Andrea LeCroy. I'm excited to announce I am running for Marshall County Probate Judge.
I began working in the probate office twenty-two (22) years ago in the recording department. With hard work and dedication, I was able to work my way up to become the Chief Clerk of the Probate Office. I serve directly under the Probate Judge. It is and has been a pleasure to serve the citizens of Marshall County.
When I began working in the probate office, we had only the main office here in Guntersville. Since that time, the probate office has grown to now include two (2) satellite offices for tags and drivers’ license. We have also upgraded our services to now include online services for deed and other record searches and probate court software to make it more efficient for you, the citizens. I want to continue to implement ways to be full-service for our citizens.
While working in Probate Court, I developed a passion for Elder Abuse Awareness. Elder abuse is rampant in this County as I’m sure it is everywhere. The Probate Court is partnering with other agencies to investigate and prosecute offenders of abuse and exploitation. One of my proudest accomplishments is being a founding member of the Marshall County Guardianship Program. With this program, we are providing caring volunteers to people who need someone to help them when there is no one else.
I ask you to join me in this wonderful journey and humbly ask for your support. Together we can accomplish great things!
